Only completed registration and full fee payment can guarantee you hotel accommodation on the stated dates. Accommodation, food and drinks for accompanying persons are requested and paid for in advance at the price of the registration fee. Any change or cancellation of the participation in the event should be done not later than April 1, 2025, on e-mail inventstream@gmail.com.

Participation fee includes: access to all lectures during the event, information and advertising materials, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and soft drinks for the days of the event.

Deadline for registration – April 1, 2025
After that date, Young Oncologist Club cannot guarantee the hotel accommodation and the participation in the XII International Meeting of Young Oncologist Club Bulgaria, 9-10 May 2025.
